Diplomová práce analyzuje koncepci podpory zdraví a pohybové aktivity na pracovišti firmy Soulmates Ventures a.s. Tato práce je rozdělena na 3 hlavní části. První, teoretická část, obsahuje syntézu poznatků spojenou se zdravím, pohybovou aktivitou, podporou pohybové aktivity a jak lze podporovat pohybovou aktivitu na pracovišti firmy. Druhá, praktická část, obsahuje analýzu současného stavu podpory zdraví a pohybové aktivity na pracovišti pomocí dotazníku IPAQ a psychosociální vztahy na pracovišti pomocí dotazníku COPSOQ. Firma Soulmates Ventures se z hlediska pohybové aktivity v rámci týdne umístila dobře, aktivnější skupinou byly ženy s aktivitou 4919 MET-minuty/týden, které měli největší množství PA v kategorii středně-intenzivní PA, převážně v oblasti PA v rámci domácnosti. Muži měli o 582 MET-minuty/týden méně aktivity a nejvyšší kategorie PA byla také středně-intenzivní. Oblastmi, kde měly ženy nejvíce PA byla PA v rámci domácnosti a PA ve volném čase a u mužů to byla PA ve volném čase a PA v rámci domácnosti. Z hlediska výsledků psychosociálního prostředí ve firmě dopadli Soulmates Ventures velmi pozitivně, kdy firma z 5 sledovaných studií dopadla svým hodnocením nejlépe. Naměřené údaje může vedení firmy použít při sestavování budoucích strategií a koncepcí podpory zdraví a PA ve firmě.The master thesis analyses the concept of promotion of health and physical activity in the workplace of the company Soulmates Ventures. This thesis is divided into 3 main parts. The first one, theoretical, contains the synthesis of knowledge related to health, physical activity, promotion of physical activity and details how companies can promote health and physical activity in their workplaces. The second part, practical, contains the analysis of current physical activity conditions of the employees by using the IPAQ questionnaire and their psycho-social relations and health data. The company Soulmates Ventures has scored well in terms of weekly physical activity. The more active employees were women, counting 4919 MET-minutes/week with moderate PA being the strongest type. Men have scored 4337 MET-minutes/week, with moderate PA also being the strongest type. Based on PA categories, the women have been the most active in domestic PA and leisure PA and men advanced in the same categories but in the opposite order. The result from the COPSOQ questionnaire showed us that Soulmates Ventures ranked the highest within a comparison of 5 different studies. The final result can be utilized by the company when building and innovating their current systems and practices, in the promotion of physical activity and health.
