Cílem diplomové práce bylo zjistit a popsat souvislost mezi časovou perspektivou pracovníků v sociálních službách a mírou jejich příznaků vyhoření, zjistit, zda je vztah mezi těmito proměnnými mediován soucitem se sebou, a popsat vliv demografických proměnných. K měření byly použity sebeposuzovací škály: Zimbardův dotazník časové perspektivy (ZTPI), Dotazník vyhoření (MBI-HSS (MP)), Škála soucitu se sebou (SCS). Výzkumný soubor tvořily pečovatelky několika domovů pro seniory v kraji Vysočina (N=103). Prokázal se kladný korelační vztah mezi odchylkou od vyvážené časové perspektivy (DBTP) a emocionálním vyčerpáním (EE), záporný vztah mezi DBTP a soucitem se sebou. Vztah mezi DBTP a EE nebyl mediován soucitem se sebou. Vliv věku ani počtu let na dané pracovní pozici se neprokázal, ale objevily se demografické souvislosti u Pozitivní minulosti, soucitu se sebou a u vztahu mezi DBTP a EE.The aim of the thesis was to discover and describe the coherence between the time perspective of the social service workers and the extent of their burn-out, to find out if the connection between these two variables is mediated by a self-compassion, and describe the influence of demographic variables. For the self-evaluation following self-evaluation scales were used: The Zimbardo Time Perspective Inventory (ZTPI), Maslach Burnout Inventory - Human Services Survey (MBI-HSS (MP)), Self-Compassion Scale (SCS). The statistic sample consisted of the carers from several homes for erderly people in the Vysočina district (N=103). I have succeeded to prove a positive correlative relation between the Deviation from the Balanced Time Perspective (DBTP) and emotional exhaustion (EE), negative relation between DBTP and Self-compassion. The relation between DBTP and EE was not mediated by self-compassion. Neither the influence of age nor the number of years in the specific working position was proved, but there were found demographic connections concerning Past Positive, Self-compassion and relation DBTP and EE.
