The aim of the bachelor thesis is to describe changes in the population age 50+, according to the endocrine theory of aging, namely somatopause and melatopause on the basis of a literature review. Theoretically and clearly summarize factors that contribute to the aging process with a focus on the important role of melatonin in the human body. I would also like to underline the irreplaceable role of comprehensive physiotherapy by supporting and educating the aging population. I discussion, I pursue with the design of a long-term exercise program and the optimization of a daily routine to improve overall condition of the patient.
