Diplomová práce předkládá kvantitativní studii, ve které byl uplatněn výzkumný design observační analytické průřezové studie. Výzkumného šetření se zúčastnilo 71 participantů. Zkoumání bylo realizováno u dvou souborů studentek 2. a 3. ročníku oboru Porodní asistentka v prezenční formě. Soubor A tvořily studentky z fakulty A 2. a 3 ročníku, Soubor B tvořily studentky 2. a 3. ročníku fakulty C. Dále byla využita metoda dotazování. Jako nástroj pro sběr dat byl uplatněn standardizovaný dotazník (CEF - Clinical evaluation form, PORTER, J. a kol, 2011), a to po souhlasu jeho autorky. Dotazník obsahoval oblasti: orientace/seznámení se s prostředím na začátku praxe, komunikace s mentorem, zaměstnanci oddělení, konečné hodnocení a univerzita/fakulta. Získaná data byla analyzována popisnou statistikou.The diploma thesis presents a quantitative study in which the research design of observational analytical cross-sectional study was applied. 71 participants took part in the research survey. The research was conducted in two groups of female students of the 2nd and 3rd field of Midwifery in full-time form. Group A consisted of 2nd and 3rd year female students from Faculty A, Group B consisted of 2nd and 3rd year female students of Faculty C. Furthermore, the interview method was used. As a data collection tool it was used. A standardized questionnaire (CEF - Clinical evaluation form, PORTER, J. et al., 2011) was used as a tool for data collection, with the consent of its author. The questionnaire included the following areas: orientation/acquaintance with the environment at the beginning of the internship, communication with the mentor, department staff, final evaluation and the university/faculty. The obtained data were analyzed with descriptive statistics. Data were collected on the following specific phenomena: satisfaction with mentoring in professional practices.
