Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou dysfunkcí pánevního dna v těhotenství a poporodním období, zejména diagnostikou, vyšetřením a terapeutickými možnostmi, převážně konzervativními. V teoretické části práce je popsána anatomie a kineziologie pánve a pánevního dna, fyziologické změny spojené s těhotenstvím a porodem, dále možná traumata a dysfunkce pánevního dna a jako poslední fyzioterapeutické metody k jejich ovlivnění. Další částí práce je kazuistika pacientky.This Bachelor thesis deals with issues connected with the dysfunctions of the pelvic floor during the pregnancy and postnatal period, particularly with the diagnosis, medical examination and therapeutic options, mainly conservative. The theoretical part describes anatomy and kinesiology of the pelvis and pelvic floor. Moreover, it deals with the physiological changes related to the pregnancy and delivery. Furthermore, it focuses on possible traumas and dysfunctions of the pelvic floor. Also, it summarizes physiotherapeutic methods with the possible impact on the dysfunctions and traumas. The practical part concentrates on the patient´s casuistry.
