Práce se zabývá problematikou rozkladu binárních matic. Prozkoumává teoretické poznatky z Formální konceptuální analýzy, které byly využity při implementaci čtyř algoritmů, jež jsou schopny vypočítat dekompozici matice na základě hledání tzv. faktorů ve vstupních datech. Algoritmy byly spuštěny nad syntetickými i reálnými daty a bylo provedeno několik měření a experimentů pro porovnání výsledků jednotlivých algoritmů, jejich přesnosti a kvality.The main field of this thesis is the problem of binary matrix decomposition. It researches the theory of Formal concept analysis which was applied in the implementation of four algorithms capable of computing a decomposition of a matrix by searching for a set of so-called factors in input data. Algorithms were execu ted with synthetic data as well as real data and a series of measurements and experiments were performed with the goal of comparing the results of individual algorithms, their accuracy and quality.
