Tato diplomová práce hodnotí výtěžnost RTG hrudníku u pacientů s onemocněním Covid-19. V teoretické části jsou popsány metody zobrazení hrudníku, typické radiologické nálezy v této anatomické oblasti a vlastní onemocnění Covid-19. Výzkumný soubor tvořili pacienti, kteří byli vybráni z nemocničního informačního systému s podmínkou vyšetření RTG hrudníku a CT, resp. HRCT hrudníku s maximálním časovým odstupem 24 hodin. Výběrovým kritériím vyhovělo 136 nemocných. Pomocí retrospektivního sběru dat a následného statistického zpracování bylo hodnoceno 5 hlavních hypotéz, které nám pomohli zhodnotit cíl práce. Z výsledku testování byla prokázána korelace s dostupným písemnictvím, že detekce změn při Covid 19 infekci je na RTG statisticky nižší než na CT. Avšak podařilo se mi prokázat lineární souvislost se stupněm změn na RTG a na CT, která může mít význam v situaci, kdy je rozhodováno o léčbě.This thesis evaluates chest X-ray recovery in patients with Covid-19 disease. The theoretical part describes the methods of chest imaging, typical radiological findings in this anatomical area and the disease Covid-19. The research group consisted of patients who were selected from the hospital information system with the condition of chest X-ray and CT examination, resp. Chest HRCT with a maximum time interval of 24 hours. 136 patients met the selection criteria. Using retrospective data collection and subsequent statistical processing, 5 main hypotheses were evaluated, which helped us evaluate the aim of the work. The test result showed a correlation with available literature, that the detection of changes in Covid 19 infection is statistically lower on X-ray than on CT. However, I have been able to demonstrate a linear relationship to the degree of X-ray and CT changes that may be relevant in a treatment decision.
