Práce se zabývá povrchovou elektromyografií svalů ramenního kloubu u boxerů a thaiboxerů. Cílem této práce bylo zhodnotit a porovnat EMG aktivitu u vybraných svalů na dominantní a nedominantní horní končetině v rámci dvou sportů (thaibox/klasický box) a rozdílnost v jejich aktivaci při flexi a abdukci v GH kloubu s a bez použití zátěže. V rámci studie bylo testováno 31 zdravých sportovců ve věku 15 až 40 let z odvětví thaiboxu a klasického boxu. V rámci měření byla hodnocena aktivita svalů m. deltoideus (přední a zadní část), m. serratus anterior a m. trapezius (horní část). K měření byl použit 8kanálový EMG přístroj Noraxon 2400 G2.The work deals with surface electromyography of shoulder's muscles in boxers and Thai boxers. The aim of this work was to evaluate and compare EMG activity in selected muscles on dominant and non-dominant upper limb in two sports (Thai boxing/classic boxing) and the difference in their activation during flexion and abduction in the GH joint with and without the use of load. The study tested 31 healthy athletes aged 15-40 years from the Thai and classical boxing industries. The activity of the m.deltoideus (anterior and posterior part), m. serratus anterior and m. trapezius (upper part) was evaluated during the measurements. An 8-channel Noraxon 2400 G2 EMG instrument was used for the measurement.
