V mé bakalářské práci se zabývám způsobem začlenění dětí cizinců v mateřských školách. V teoretické části práce se zaměřuji na pojmy integrace, interkulturní komunikace a jazyková bariéra. Dále se zabývám adaptací dítěte do prostředí mateřských škol, možnosti efektivní integrace, komunikaci a kooperaci s rodiči. V neposlední řadě se zaměřuji na podpůrná opatření a možnost jejich financování. Praktická část je zaměřena na sestavení rozhovoru s pedagogy a zákonnými zástupci dětí s odlišným mateřským jazykem, jeho vyhodnocení a formulaci závěrů. Výstupem jsou tabulky a slovní shrnutí kvalitativního výzkumu.In my bachelor thesis I deal with the way of inclusion of foreign children in kindergartens. The theoretical part focuses on the concepts of integration, intercultural communication and language barrier. I also deal with the child's adaptation to the environment of kindergartens, the possibilities of effective integration, communication and cooperation with parents. Last but not least, I focus on support measures and the possibility of financing. The practical part is focused on interviewing teachers and legal representatives of children with different mother tongues, its evaluation and formulation of conclusions. The output of qualitative research is tables and verbal summaries.
