Cílem této práce je zmapovat těhotenství nezletilých romských žen a jejich zkušenosti s prvními roky mateřství. Důraz je kladen na popsání pozitivních a negativních psychických prožitků, popsání okolností, které vedly k otěhotnění ženy, zaměření se na pozitivní i negativní stránky tohoto fenoménu. Zajímá nás rovněž, jaké faktory byly pro ženy v tomto období potřebné. Výzkum je realizován s využitím kvalitativního přístupu a designu případové studie. Výzkumný soubor tvoří 8 participantek, které byly vybrány na základě stanovených kritérií pomocí nepravděpodobnostních metod. Data jsou získána metodou polostrukturovaného interview a zpracována tematickou analýzou. Z výzkumu vyplývá, že participantky byly v době otěhotnění v partnerském vztahu, se svým přítelem nepoužívaly pravidelně žádnou antikoncepční metodu. Polovině participantek bylo diagnostikováno rizikové těhotenství. Těhotenství mělo vliv na předčasné ukončení jejich studia. Participantky vnímají mateřství jako pozitivní změnu. Důležitým faktorem v tomto období je sociální opora, především pak podpora matky.The aim of the thesis is to map the pregnancy of underage Roma women and their experiences with the first years of motherhood. Emphasis is placed on describing positive and negative psychological experiences, describing the circumstances that led to a woman's pregnancy, focusing on the positive and negative aspects of this phenomenon. We are also interested in what factors were necessary for women in this period. The research is carried out using a qualitative approach and a case study design. The research group consists of 8 female participants who were selected based on established criteria using non-probability methods. The data are obtained by the semi-structured interview method and processed by thematic analysis. The research shows that the participants were in a romantic relationship and did not regularly use any contraceptive method with their boyfriend. Half of the participants were diagnosed with a high-risk pregnancy. The pregnancy had an effect on the early termination of their studies. The participants perceive motherhood as a positive change. An important factor in this period is social support, especially the support of the mother.
