Přehledová bakalářská práce se zabývá výživou u pacientů, kteří prodělali cévní mozkovou příhodu (CMP). Předkládá nejnovější publikované poznatky o poruchách polykání jakožto hlavní nutriční komplikaci tohoto cerebrovaskulárního onemocnění a enterální výživě. Popisuje diagnostiku polykání a management, včetně volby vhodné stravy. U každého pacienta s CMP by měl být proveden dysfagický screening, v akutní fázi nemoci ho provádí všeobecná sestra (VS). Léčba diagnostikované dysfagie spočívá v modifikaci textury jídla a tekutin, vhodné poloze při orálním příjmu a intervencích zaměřených na úpravu polykacích funkcí. K enterální výživě přistupujeme, pokud není možný per os příjem. V problematice enterální výživy jsou popisovány různé způsoby externího a interního způsobu měření správné inzerce nasogastrické sondy (NGS) a následné ověření polohy sondy v žaludku. Perkutánní endoskopická gastrostomie (PEG) je vnímána jako dlouhodobé řešení nutričního příjmu. Pro zamezení perioperačních a pooperačních komplikací je nutné následovat doporučení pro péči o stomii. Každá podkapitola obsahuje úlohy a zastoupení VS v problematice, ať už jako člena multidisciplinárního týmu či její samostatné intervence. Publikované poznatky jsou dohledány z databází EBSCO, PUBMED, GOOGLE Scholar, MEDVIK a vyhlášek.The review bachelor thesis deals with nutrition in patients who have suffered a stroke. It presents the latest published findings on swallowing disorders as a major nutritional complication of this cerebrovascular disease and enteral nutrition. Describes swallowing diagnostics and management, including choosing a suitable diet. Dysphagic screening should be performed on each patient with stroke, in the acute phase of the disease by a nurse. The treatment of diagnosed dysphagia consists in modifying the texture of food and fluids, a suitable position during oral intake and interventions aimed at adjusting swallowing functions. We approach enteral nutrition if oral intake is not possible. In the field of enteral nutrition, various methods of external and internal methods of measuring the correct insertion of a nasogastric tube and subsequent verification of the position of the tube in the stomach are described. Percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy is perceived as a long-term solution to nutritional intake. To avoid perioperative and postoperative complications, it is necessary to follow the recommendations for stoma care. Each subchapter contains the roles and representation of the VS in the issue, either as a member of a multidisciplinary team or its independent intervention.
