Diplomová práce se zabývá fenoménem soukromých rozhlasových stanic, které začaly v Československu vznikat po roce 1989. Problematiku představuje na příkladu českobudějovické stanice Radio Faktor, která začala vysílat ilegálně v roce 1990 a po udělení licence patřila mezi nejposlouchanější rádia v Československu. Mimo jiné na základě rozhovorů s pamětníky diplomová práce představuje okolnosti vzniku a první roky fungování rádia. Těžištěm textu je potom nástin vývoje hudební dramaturgie jmenované stanice, k čemuž je využita také analýza výsledků Hitparády Radia Faktor.The master thesis deals with the phenomenon of private radio stations, which began to emerge in Czechoslovakia after 1989. The problem is presented on the example of the České Budějovice station Radio Faktor. It started broadcasting illegally in 1990 and after being granted a license it was one of the most listened radio stations in Czechoslovakia. Not only on the basis of the oral history, the diploma thesis presents the circumstances of the origin and the first years of radio operation. The focus of the text is then an outline of the development of the musical programming of the named station, for which the analysis of the results of the Hitparáda Radia Faktor is also used.
