Diplomová práce představuje svatou Terezii z Lisieux v kontextu její umělecké tvorby a vztahu ke kráse. První kapitola na podkladu životních událostí ukazuje Tereziin umělecký vývoj (od prvních náznaků možného talentu až po jeho plné rozvití) a také její vztah ke kráse. Druhá kapitola se blíže zaměřuje na představení různých oblastí, v nichž Terezie tvořila, a celkové uvedení do jejího díla. Poslední část práce vychází nejvíce z jejích textů. Vybírá z nich úryvky související s tématikou krásy a umění a následně je komentuje.The thesis presents Saint Therese of Lisieux in the context of her artistic works and her relationship to beauty. Based on life events, the first chapter shows Therese's artistic development (from the first small steps of possible talent to its fulfilment) and her relationship to beauty. The second chapter shows the different areas in which Therese was creative. It also gives an overall introduction to her artworks. The last part of the thesis is based on her texts the most of all. It highlights passages relating to the theme of beauty and art, and then comments on them.
