Předložená diplomová práce se zabývá formami a metodami výuky, které mohou zpestřit výuku botaniky a zaujmout tak studenty k jejímu dalšímu studiu. V rámci diplomové práce jsou jako námět pro zpestření výuky botaniky, připraveny podklady pro terénní exkurzi v Přírodní rezervaci Rybníky v Trnávce. Teoretická část diplomové práce je zaměřena na stručný popis cévnatých rostlin, rostlinných orgánů, organizačních forem, metod výuky a didaktických zásad ve výuce biologie, které by měl učitel dodržovat. V této části diplomové práce je dále popsána moderní metoda využívání virtuální reality ve výuce. Kapitola "Výsledky" se věnuje přípravě terénní exkurze v Přírodní rezervaci Rybníky v Trnávce. V rámci této kapitoly byl vytvořen také Metodický list pro učitele, osnova Potvrzení o provedení proškolení studentů o bezpečnosti a ochraně zdraví na terénní exkurzi, Informovaný souhlas rodičů o účasti jejich dítěte na školní exkurzi a Souhlas se samostatným odchodem dítěte po ukončení terénní exkurze, jež by měly usnadnit přípravu učitelů na terénní exkurzi. V kapitole je také uvedena trasa terénní exkurze, stanoviště a seznam všech rostlin, které byly na trase exkurze nalezeny a determinovány od roku 2017. V této kapitole jsou také uvedeny otázky, na základě kterých, bylo provedeno dotazníkové šetření, srovnávající výuku v terénu a výuku pomocí virtuální reality, mezi studenty, kteří se terénního cvičení zúčastnili. Je zde také popsán postup přípravy na vyučovací hodinu ve virtuální realitě a metodický list ke konkrétní vyučovací hodině přírodopisu ve virtuální realitě. Hlavním výstupem diplomové práce je pracovní sešit k terénní exkurzi v Přírodní rezervaci Rybníky v Trnávce. Úlohy v pracovním sešitě jsou připraveny pro jednotlivá stanoviště terénní exkurze. Pomocí badatelsky orientovaných úloh získají účastníci exkurze základní znalosti z morfologie rostlin. Práce by měla posloužit učitelům jako prostředek k zpestření a obohacení výuky botaniky.The submitted Master's thesis aims to explain various forms and methods of teaching that can make botanic lessons more interesting for high school students. At the same time, declared methods can motivate high school students to further education at the field of botany. As an example of an unconventional learning method, there is prepared documentation for a field trip to the Natural reservation called "Rybníky v Trnávce"("Ponds on Trnávka river"). The first theoretical part of the Master's thesis describes constitution of vascular plants and their organs, characterizes organizational forms and methods of lecture as well as didactic rules which every teacher should follow during biology lessons. This part of the diploma thesis further describes a modern method of using virtual reality in biology lessons. Chapter "Výsledky" ("Results") is dedicated to detailed preparation of the field trip to Natural reservation "Rybníky v Trnávce", where reader can find Methodical sheet for teachers, template of Acknowledgment with safety and health measures during field trip for students and both Informed parental consents for participation of a student in the field trip and individual departure of that student in the end of the field trip. All documents mentioned above should make preparations of the field trip easier for the teacher. There is itinerary with points of interest for the field trip in this chapter and list of all plants, which were recognized from the year 2017 along intended route of the field trip. The chapter also presents the questions on the basis of which a questionnaire survey was conducted comparing teaching in the field and teaching using virtual reality among students who participated in the field exercise. It also describes the process of preparing a lesson in virtual reality and a methodological sheet for teachers for a specific science lesson in virtual reality. The most important output from this Master's thesis is a workbook for described field trip in Natural reservation "Rybníky v Trnávce". The workbook contains series of tasks that help students with obtaining basic knowledge of plants morphology at designated spots of the field trip. The Master's thesis should work as one of the approaches for teachers who want to integrate unorthodox methods in their botany lessons.
