Bakalářské práce se zabývá duchovními potřebami pacientů v postupech sociální práce v mobilní hospicové péči. Text práce je členěn na část teoretickou a část metodologickou (výzkumnou). Při posouzení a uspokojování potřeb nahlížíme na člověka komplexně, což znamená nejen pohled na věci tělesné, ale i na věci duševní a duchovni-spirituální. Spiritualita úzce souvisí s náboženstvím, ale nejedná se o pojmy se stejným významem. Pro správnou diagnostiku spirituálních potřeb je důležité vymezení pojmu spiritualita a religiozita. Rozlišení a vzájemnému propojení pojmů spiritualita a religiozita je věnována první kapitola. Druhá kapitola poukazuje na důležitost spirituality v sociální práci a specifikuje sociální práci v hospici a pastorační práci. Třetí kapitola definuje paliativní péči a její součást hospicovou péči, s důrazem na specializovanou domácí paliativní péči-mobilní hospic. Spirituálním potřebám v hospicové péči, jejich hodnocení a doprovázení jsou věnovány následující kapitoly a závěrem teoretické části práce je popis fází umírání podle Kübler Ross. V metodologické části výzkumu nalezneme popis použitých metod výzkumu. V rámci polostrukturovaného rozhovoru se sociální a pastorační pracovnicí mobilního hospice hledám odpovědi na otázku, jaké postupy používá personál mobilního hospice k identifikaci duchovních potřeb pacientů, zda se jim daří, či nedaří tyto postupy integrovat do práce s klienty. Zajímala jsem se, jak probíhá přijetí pacienta do péče, jak se pracuje s jeho spiritualitou v rámci posouzení životní situace a jak se doprovázení odráží v plánovaném procesu práce s klienty. Závěrem je postesknutí pracovnic nad chybějící metodikou pro doprovázení v hospicové službě.The bachelor thesis deals with the spiritual needs of patients in social work procedures in mobile hospice care. The text of the thesis is divided into a theoretical part and a methodological (research) part. When assessing and satisfying needs, we look at a person comprehensively, which means looking not only at physical things, but also at mental and spiritual things. Spirituality is closely related to religion, but they are not terms with the same meaning. For the correct diagnosis of spiritual needs, it is important to define the terms spirituality and religiosity. The first chapter is devoted to the distinction and interconnection of the concepts of spirituality and religiosity. The second chapter points out the importance of spirituality in social work and specifies social work in hospice and pastoral work. The third chapter defines palliative care and its component hospice care, with an emphasis on specialized home palliative care - mobile hospice. The following chapters are devoted to spiritual needs in hospice care, their evaluation and accompaniment, and the conclusion of the theoretical part of the work is a description of the stages of dying according to Kübler Ross. In the methodological part of the research, we will find a description of the research methods used. As part of a semi-structured interview with a social and pastoral worker of a mobile hospice, I am looking for answers to the question of what procedures the mobile hospice staff uses to identify the spiritual needs of patients, whether they succeed or fail in integrating these procedures into their work with clients. I was interested in how a patient is taken into care, how one works with their spirituality as part of an assessment of their life situation, and how accompaniment is reflected in the planned process of working with clients. The conclusion is the lament of the female workers about the missing methodology for accompanying in the hospice service.
