Diplomová práce je zaměřena na využití metody geodesignu v prostředí aplikace společnosti Esri ArcGIS GeoPlanner. Hlavním cílem je vytvořit několik případových studií rozvojových aktivit městského nebo zastavěného prostředí a ověřit možnost využití metody geodesignu v této aplikaci. Celkem jsou vytvořeny tři odlišně zaměřené případové studie, aby byl co nejvíce využit potenciál aplikace. První studie je vypracována ve velkém měřítku a je zaměřena na využití 3D vizualizací v aplikaci. V rámci studie je vytvořeno pět alternativních podob zájmové oblasti ve formě 2D i 3D vizualizací. Cílem druhé studie je vytvoření nové městské části plně integrované do struktury města Olomouce na území chátrajícího bývalého vojenského areálu na Velkomoravské a přilehlých plochách. V aplikaci je navrženo a zhodnoceno šest alternativních podob nové městské části. Třetí studie je zaměřena na využití rastrových vrstev v aplikaci. Ve studii je na základě kritérií jako vlastnictví pozemků městem, dostupnost mateřských školek nebo sklon reliéfu vypočítáno multikriteriální analýzou několik rastrů územního potenciálu podle odlišně zadaných vah. Dále jsou v této studii vytvořeny scénáře podle různé klasifikace stavebních proluk a kombinace těchto proluk s vypočítanými územními potenciály. Výsledkem práce je ověření možnosti aplikace metody geodesignu v prostředí ArcGIS GeoPlanner a výstupy jsou projekty tří případových studií v aplikaci a ArcGIS Pro, tři story mapy a český manuál pro práci v aplikaci.The diploma thesis is focused on the use of the geodesign in the application ArcGIS GeoPlanner from company called Esri. The main goal is to create several case studies of development activities in urban or built environments and to verify the possibility of using the geodesign in this application. Three differently focused case studies are created in order to make the most of the potential of the application. The first study is developed on a large scale and is focused on the use of 3D visualizations in the application. Within the study, five alternative scenarios of the area of interest are created in the form of 2D and 3D visualizations. The aim of the second study is to create a new city district fully integrated into the structure of the city of Olomouc in the area of the dilapidated former military complex on the street Velkomoravská and adjacent areas. Six alternative scenarios of the new city district are designed and evaluated in the application. The third study is focused on the use of raster layers in the application. In the study, on the basis of criteria such as land ownership by the city, the accessibility of kindergartens or the slope of the relief, several rasters of territorial potential are calculated by multicriteria analysis according to differently entered weights. Furthermore, in this study, are created scenarios according to different classification of gaps and combinations of gap layers with calculated territorial potentials. The result of the work is verification of the possibility of applying the geodesign in the ArcGIS GeoPlanner and the outputs are projects of three case studies in the application and ArcGIS Pro, three story maps and a Czech manual for working in the application.
