Cílem práce bylo ověření psychometrických parametrů dotazníku IIQ-CZ a prozkoumání vztahu mezi postojem k onemocnění (měřeno IIQ-CZ), depresí, úzkostí, stresem (dotazník DASS-21) a ostatními psychosociálními faktory u diabetiků 1. typu. Teoretická část se zabývá psychosociálním pozadím nemoci DM1, postoji k chronickému onemocnění a dosavadními výzkumy s metodou IIQ. Sběr dat probíhal převážně online metodou záměrného výběru s využitím dotazníkového šetření, kdy podmínkou účasti byla diagnóza DM1 a věk alespoň 15 let. Výzkumu se zúčastnilo 387 respondentů. CFA potvrdila čtyř-faktorovou strukturu IIQ-CZ, ale poměrně dobré shody dosahovala i tří-faktorová struktura, uspokojivá byla i reliabilita. Odmítání nemoci DM1 pozitivně korelovalo s depresí, u akceptace a obohacení měla deprese negativní vliv. Zahlcení z nemoci DM1 pozitivně souviselo se stresem. Mužské pohlaví, dobrý zdravotní stav a vyšší životní spokojenost byly protektivními faktory proti depresi, úzkosti a stresu. Práce může sloužit jako výchozí bod pro další výzkum s dotazníkem IIQ-CZ.The aim of the work was verifying of psychometric parameters of the IIQ-CZ questionnaire and examination of the relationship between attitude towards illness (measured by the IIQ-CZ), depression, anxiety, stress (the DASS-21 questionnaire) and other psychosocial factors in type 1 diabetics. The theoretical part deals with a psychosocial background of DM1, attitudes to chronic disease and previous research using the IIQ method. Data was collected mainly via the online method of intentional selection using a questionnaire survey, where the condition for participation was a diagnosis of DM1 and age at least 15 years. 387 respondents participated in the research. CFA confirmed a four-factor structure of the IIQ-CZ, but also a three-factor structure had a relatively good fit, a reliability was satisfactory as well. Rejection of DM1 positively correlated with depression, and depression had a negative effect on acceptance and enrichment. Engulfment was positively associated with stress. Male gender, good health and higher life satisfaction were protective factors against depression, anxiety and stress. The work can be treated as a starting point for further research with the IIQ-CZ.
