Syndrom zmrzlého ramene je dlouhodobé a specifické onemocnění s dosud stále diskutovanou etiopatogenezí a složitou diagnostikou. Existuje velké množství metod a technik, které se využívají v terapii tohoto onemocnění. Cílem bakalářské práce je představit a popsat rozdílné varianty léčby využitelné při terapii zmrzlého ramene. Při zhodnocení výsledků získaných ze studií a odborné literatury zjišťuji prioritní využití konzervativní terapie, která aplikuje další přístupy blíže popsané v jednotlivých kapitolách. Rehabilitace, jež je její součástí, je účinná pro znovuzískání funkce vedoucí ke zlepšení kvality života jedince. Porovnání a shrnutí všech zkoumaných technik je uvedeno v diskusi.Frozen shoulder syndrome is a long-term and specific disease with the still discussed etiopathogenesis and complex diagnosis. There are various methods and techniques used in the treatment of this disease. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to present and describe different treatment variants usable in the treatment of frozen shoulders. Current studies and professional literature prioritizes the use of conservative therapy which applies other approaches described in more detail in the individual chapters. Rehabilitation is effective for regaining function leading to improved quality of life of the individual. A comparison and summary of all research techniques is provided in the discussion.
