Bakalářská práce předkládá čtenáři ucelený souhrn poznatků o problematice kongenitálních svalových kontraktur. Hlavním cílem bakalářské práce bylo uvést možnosti rehabilitace vybraných poruch pohybového aparátu spojených s kongenitální svalovou kontrakturou v kojeneckém věku. Dílčím cílem bylo popsat princip rehabilitačních postupů užitých v jednotlivých studiích. Kongenitální svalová kontraktura je definována jako defekt svalových vláken přítomný při narození dítěte. Vlivem zkrácení svalových vláken dochází k omezení rozsahu pohybu v přilehlých kloubech a tím se snižuje schopnost sebeobsluhy pacientů. Významné postavení v léčbě má rehabilitace. Výsledky všech analyzovaných studií se shodují, že včasná rehabilitační intervence dokáže zlepšit rozsah pohybu a zvýšit schopnost sebeobsluhy.The bachelor's thesis presents the reader a comprehensive summary of knowledge about congenital muscle contractures. The main goal of the bachelor thesis was to present the possibilities of rehabilitation selected disorders of the musculoskeletal system associated with congenital muscle contracture in infancy. A partial goal was to describe the principle of rehabilitation procedures useful in individual studies. Congenital muscle contracture is defined as a defect in muscle fibers present at the birth of a child. Due to the shortening of muscle fibers, the range of motion in adjacent joints and teams with the ability to self-service patients is reduced. Rehabilitation plays an important role in treatment. The results of all analyzed studies agree that early rehabilitation intervention can improve range of motion and increase self-care.
