Práce se zabývá problematikou cévní mozkové příhody, jakožto jednou z nejčastějších příčin úmrtí nejen v České republice, ale i celosvětově. Téměř polovina přeživších pacientů se následně potýká s různým stupněm invalidity. Obraz motorického deficitu je u každého pacienta individuální a závisí na mnoha faktorech. Míra obnovy celkové funkční kapacity pacientů je z velké části závislá také na formě rehabilitačního procesu a zvolených terapeutických postupech. Cílem práce je přehledně shrnout postupně se rozšiřující okruh nově se rozvíjejících robotických technologií a zaměřit na konkrétní nejčastěji využívané přístroje v rámci restituce funkce jak horní končetiny, tak i v rámci terapie dolní končetiny, respektive obnovy krokového cyklu, u pacientů po centrální neurologické lézi. V rámci diskuze byly sumarizovány výsledky studií, zabývající se často diskutovanou efektivitou robotické rehabilitace.The thesis deals with the issues of vascular brain stroke as one of the most frequent cause of death not only in the Czech Republic, but also worldwide. Nearly half of the patients who survive face various degrees of invalidity. The picture of motoric deficit varies from patient to patient and is dependent on many factors. The extent of renewal of the whole functional capacity in patients is dependent to a great extent on the form of the rehabilitation process and chosen therapeutic procedures. The aim of the thesis is to summarize in a well-arranged way progressively expanding sector of newly developing robotic technologies and to focus on particular most frequently used devices within the resuscitation of the function of both the upper limb and the therapy of lower limb, or more precisely on renewal of step cycle of patients after central neurological lesion. Within the debate, the results of studies dealing with a frequently discussed efficiency of robotic rehabilitation were summarised.
