Cílem této práce bylo zjistit, zda existuje u českých adolescentních lukostřelců souvislost mezi osobnostními rysy, pohlavím, sebepojetím a strategiemi zvládání stresu. Data byla získána pomocí dotazníkové baterie složené z Big Five Inventory (BFI-10), Dotazníku sebepojetí (DOS-36) a dotazníku Strategie zvládání stresu (SVF 78), kterou vyplnilo 52 mladých lukostřelců ve věku 15-20 let. Kromě neuroticismu, který koreluje se sebeobviňováním, nebyly nalezeny žádné další vztahy mezi dimenzemi osobnosti a strategiemi zvládání stresu. Dále byla nalezena souvislost mezi odolností vůči úzkosti a negativními strategiemi zvládání stresu a faktorem smysl a seberealizace a pozitivními strategiemi zvládání stresu. Z výsledků vyplynul vztah mezi pohlavím a vybranými negativními strategiemi zvládání stresu, konkrétně šlo o ženy, jež mají tendenci k únikovým strategiím a sebeobviňování.The main purpose of the thesis is to find correlation between personality traits, sex, self-concept, and coping strategies of Czech adolescent archers. Research data have been obtained from 52 adolescent archers by selected questionnaire: Big Five Inventory (BFI-10), Dotazník sebepojetí (DOS-36), and Strategie zvládání stresu (SVF 78). Results indicate there is one relation between neuroticism and self-blame. Apart from it, the research has not proved any other relation between personality traits and coping strategies. On the contrary there has been found an association between resilience against anxiety, and negative coping strategies, and appreciation and self-realization, and positive coping strategies. Futhermore, other correlations have been confirmed between sex and selected coping strategies. According to the results women tend to use negative coping strategies such as escape or self-blame.
