Přehledová bakalářská práce se zabývá monitorací hemodynamiky pacienta v intenzivní péči. Práce předkládá přehled aktuálně publikovaných poznatků o monitoraci srdečního výdeje a jiných parametrech hemodynamiky vintenzivní péči. V přehledové práci je uveden popis jednotlivých možností monitorace hemodynamiky. Ze získaných informací vyplývá, že v posledních letech je trendem použití méně invazivních monitorů, které však nemusí být tak přesné, jako monitory invazivní.The overview bachelor thesis deals with the monitoring of the patient's hemodynamics in intensive care. The thesis presents an overview of currently published findings on the monitoring of cardiac output and other parameters of hemodynamics in intensive care. The review describes the individual options for monitoring hemodynamics. The information obtained shows that in recent years there has been a trend to use less invasive monitors, which may not be as accurate as invasive monitors.
