Tato přehledová bakalářská práce se zabývá onemocněními tepen dolních končetin a jejich léčbou pomocí vaskulárních intervencí. Čtenáře seznámí se základy patologie periferního tepenného systému a metodami intervenční radiologie používaných k provedení zkoumaných zákroků. Dále jsou zde shrnuty základní metody perkutánní rekanalizace.This bachelor thesis is focused on diseases of the arteries of the lower extremities and their treatment using vascular interventions. The reader will be acquainted with the basics of the pathology of the peripheral arterial system and the methods of interventional radiology used to perform the examined procedures. Furthermore, the basic methods of percutaneous recanalization and vascular reconstruction are summarized.
