Bakalářská práce se zabývá využitím metody videotréninku interakcí (dále VTI) v oblasti rané péče pro děti s poruchou autistického spektra (dále PAS). Cílem práce je zmapovat proces změny při podpoře rodiny touto metodou a udržitelnost změn, které díky této intervenci nastaly. Teoretická část práce zahrnuje tři kapitoly zaměřené na PAS a jejich symptomatologii s důrazem na interakční oblast, na popis systému rané péče v České republice a na videotrénink interakcí s jeho východisky i teoretickým zázemím. Výzkumné šetření vychází z kvalitativní metodologie. Jedná se o případovou studii, která popisuje průběh změn, které jsou zachyceny optikou VTI. Tyto změny můžeme označit jako pozitivní vzhledem k interakčním dovednostem matky a druhotně i k rozvoji interakčních dovedností chlapce. Realizované šetření v souboru 5 respondentů prostřednictvím dotazníku prokázalo udržitelnost dovedností rodiče v oblasti interakce po ukončení VTI intervence. Smyslem celé práce je poskytnout podklady pro další implementaci této metody v oblasti rané péče.The thesis deals with the use of the method of Video Interaction Guidance (VIG) in the field of Early care for children with Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD). The aim of the work is to map the process of change in supporting the family with this method and the sustainability of changes that have occurred due to this intervention. The theoretical part of the thesis includes three chapters focused on ASD and their symptomatology with emphasis on the interaction area, on the description of the Early care system in the Czech Republic and on and on VIG with its starting points and theoretical background. The research is based on a qualitative methodology. This is a case study that describes the course of changes that are captured by VIG optics. These changes can be described as positive due to the mother's interaction skills and, secondarily, the development of the boy's interaction skills. The survey conducted in a group of 5 respondents through a questionnaire proved the sustainability of the parent's interaction skills after the end of the VIG intervention. The purpose of the whole work is to provide data for further implementation of this method in the field of Early care.
