Cílem práce je vytvoření webové aplikace a dílčích nástrojů v prostředí ArcGIS Enterprise, jež podpoří proces hodnocení vybraných ekosystémových funkcí a služeb na území České republiky v měřítku 1 : 10 000. Vstupními daty jsou rozsáhlé prostorové vrstvy DKV a CLC, vrstva konektivity, RIPA a snímky družice Sentinel-2. Doplňují je expertní tabulky koeficientů ekosystémových funkcí a služeb. V průběhu tvorby aplikací vznikly tři doplňující nástroje ve vývojovém prostředí ArcGIS - byl vyvinut vlastní widget SelectRS, vlastní webový nástroj Join i formulář pro výpočet RHQI pomocí standardu XLSForm. Výsledné webové aplikace EcoFuncSoft, RipaSoft a EcoServices umožňují uživateli interaktivně posoudit stav biotopů a rozhodnout o případném snížení koeficientů vybrané oblasti na základě aktuálního stavu vegetace a konektivity nebo na základě nově vypočtené hodnoty indexu RHQI za pomocí formuláře. Práce se zabývá zejména postupem tvorby těchto aplikací a doplňujících funkcí v prostředí ArcGIS.The aim of this thesis is to create a web application and additional tools in the ArcGIS Enterprise environment, which will support the process of evaluation of selected ecosystem functions and services in the Czech republic at a scale of 1 : 10,000. The input data are large spatial layers DKV and CLC, connectivity layer, RIPA and Sentinel-2 satellite images. They are supported by expert tables of coefficients of ecosystem functions and services. During the creation of applications, three additional tools were developed in the ArcGIS development environment - a custom widget SelectRS, a custom web tool Join and a form for calculation of RHQI using the XLSForm standard. The resulting web applications EcoFuncSoft, RipaSoft and EcoServices allow the user to interactively assess the state of habitats and decide on possible modification of coefficients of the selected area based on the current state of vegetation and connectivity or based on a determined RHQI index value using the form. This thesis mainly describes the process of creating these applications and additional functions in the ArcGIS environment.
