Cílem této přehledové bakalářské práce bylo předložit aktuální dohledané poznatky o přínosu práce zdravotních klaunů v ošetřovatelské péči. Relevantní dokumenty pro tvorbu teoretických východisek byly dohledány v elektronických vědeckých databázích EBSCO, PUBMED a Google Scholar. První dílčí cíl sumarizuje aktuální dohledané poznatky o dobročinné organizaci Zdravotní klaun a jejich intervenci terapii humorem. Dobročinná organizace Zdravotní klaun sdružuje speciálně vyškolené zdravotní klauny, jež pozitivně působí na psychickou pohodu pacientů, jejich rodinných příslušníků i zdravotnického personálu. Terapie humorem pomáhá uvolnit negativní emoce pacienta, odstranit pocity samoty a úzkosti. Druhý dílčí cíl je zaměřen na sumarizaci aktuálních dohledaných poznatků o přínosu práce zdravotních klaunů na pacienty v různých klinických prostředích a jeho přínos pro zdravotnický personál. Každé klinické prostředí vykazuje různou míru náročnosti nejen pro pacienty, ale i pro zdravotnický personál. Mezi konkrétní přínosy práce zdravotních klaunů patří zejména zlepšení celkové atmosféry na oddělení, jež uvolňuje napětí mezi pacienty a zdravotnickým personálem. Zdravotní klauni pomáhají mimo jiné k uklidnění pediatrických pacientů během lékařských a ošetřovatelských výkonů, následná diagnostika je tedy pro zdravotnický personál snadnější a výsledky spolehlivější. Dohledané poznatky uvedené v této bakalářské práci mohou pomoci zdravotnickému personálu k efektivnější spolupráci se zdravotními klauny. Poznatky v této práci by mohly informovat pacienty a rozšířit výsledky práce zdravotních klaunů do povědomí širší veřejnosti. Výsledky výzkumných studií mohou být využity pro následující zpracování všeobecnými sestrami, zdravotními klauny nebo výzkumnými pracovníky.The main goal of this overviewing bachelor thesis was to introduce current knowledge about the benefits of clown care in medicine. Documents used for the theory of this bachelor thesis were found in the databases such as EBSCO, PUBMED and Google Scholar. The first target of this bachelor thesis is to summerize informations about the charitable organization Zdravotní klaun and its place in humor therapy. The charitable organization Zdravotní klaun provides specialy trained medical clowns who are able to positively influence the psychological well being of patients, their families and the healthcare staff. Medical clowns aim to help the patients think more positively thus help them get better physicaly. Humor therapy helps to release the negative emotions of the patient, get rid of the loneliness and anxiety. The second target of this bachelor thesis is to summerize informations of the benefits of clown care on patients in different clinical environments and its benefits fot the healthcare staff. Medical clowns focuse mostly on onkology departments, surgery departments and intensive care units. They have positive impact on mental health of the patients as well as medical staff. Regular visits of the medical clowns in hospitals have positive influence on the medical workers and their relations in the working team. The specific benefits of the work of medical clowns include, in particular, the improvement of the overall atmosphere in the ward, the release of tension between patients and medical staff. Medical clowns help, among other things, to reassure pediatric patients during medical and nursing procedures, subsequent diagnosis is easier for medical staff and the results are more reliable. The findings presented in this bachelor's thesis can help medical staff to cooperate effectively with medical clowns. The knowledge in this work is created by informed patients and disseminates the results of the work of health clowns to the general public. The results of research studies may be useful for subsequent processing by nurses, nurses or researchers.
