Bakalářská práce se zabývá osobní zkušeností pěstounů s péčí o své sourozence. Cíli výzkumu bylo zmapovat jejich emoce v období přijetí sourozence do péče, popsat okolnosti změny role na základě subjektivního prožívání a zjistit pozitivní aspekty jejich zkušenosti. Pro výzkum byl zvolen kvalitativní design, data byla sbírána pomocí polostrukturovaného interview. Metodou analýzy dat je interpretativní fenomenologická analýza (IPA). Výzkumu se zúčastnilo šest respondentů, kteří si prošli zkušeností přijetí sourozence do pěstounské péče. Výsledky práce ukazují, že přijetí sourozence se pojí se širokou škálou emocí. Nejčastěji byl zmíněn strach, obavy, frustrace a přehlcení, ale také touha vše zvládnout a sourozence ochránit. Dále se ukázal rozdíl ve vnímání vlastní role mezi staršími sourozenci, kteří se postavili do role kvazi-rodičů, na rozdíl od sourozenců mladších, kteří vnímali sami sebe stále v roli sourozence. Pěstouni reflektovali pozitiva své zkušenosti nejvíce v pomoci sourozencům a jejich celkovému prospívání. Jako další přínos viděli v praxi ve výchově dítěte, zlepšení vztahů se sourozenci, kompetenci řešit náročné situace a změny hodnot a životního smyslu.The bachelor's thesis contains the personal experience of a sibling foster care. The goals of the research are to explore their emotions, to describe the role change based on subjective perception and to find out the positive aspects of their experience. The qualitative design has been chosen and data has been collected by a semi-structured interview. The method of the data analysis is IPA. Six participants with the experience were interviewed in this study. The results had proven that accepting sibling is associated with diverse spectrum of emotions. Fear, anxiety, frustration, and overwhelming feeling were mentioned the most, but also the desire to cope with problems and to protect the sibling. Research has shown that there is a difference between older foster siblings who had stepped up into the role of quasi-parents and younger foster siblings who still perceive themselves as siblings. The foster siblings reflected on the positives in helping the sibling and their overall well-being. They perceived other benefits the practice of raising a child, the improvement of relationships with their siblings, the competences to deal with difficult situations and the changes in life values.
