Bakalářská práce se zabývá aplikací a následným testováním možných forem integrace modelů Marxan a CZ-GLOBIO na území Chráněné krajinné oblasti Beskydy. Marxan slouží k návrhu dosud nechráněného území k ochraně. Primárním cílem modelu CZ-GLOBIO je zhodnotit stav degradace biodiverzity a indikovat místa, jež je třeba z tohoto důvodu chránit. Práce se věnuje naplnění modelů shodnými výchozími, dostatečně detailními, datasety, aplikací obou modelů a také pilotním testováním tří úrovní integrace mezi oběma modely. Výsledky z jednotlivých integračních úrovní jsou srovnávány s výsledky z originálního přístupu. Hlavním předmětem této práce je tedy nalezení způsobu integrace mezi uvedenými modely ověřené výpočty nad aktuálními daty pro zájmové území. Doplňujícím výstupem praktické části je automatizace výpočtů jednotlivých driverů modelu CZ-GLOBIO, vytvořená prostřednictvím nástroje ModelBuilder v programu ArcGIS Pro.This bachelor's thesis deals with application and testing of the degrees of integration of models for biodiversity asessment - the Marxan and the CZ-GLOBIO - in Beskydy Protected Landscape Area. Marxan is used to design unprotected areas for protect. The primary goal of GLOBIO is to assess the state of biodiversity degradation and indicate places that need to be protected for this reason. Furthermore, the thesis deals with the filling of models with identical default sufficiently detailed input datasets, apllication of both models and pilot testing of three levels of integration between the models. The results of individual integration levels are compared with results of original access. The main subject of this bachelor's thesis is find way of integration between models verified by calculations with the current datasets. A complementary product of the practical part is automation of calculations of individual drivers of the CZ-GLOBIO model, created by means of the ModelBuilder tool in the ArcGIS Pro software.
