Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou kvality služeb, organizací a marketingem in-line závodu, konkrétně Mistrovstvím České republiky v in-line půlmaratónu 2020 v Opavě. Teoretická část se věnuje in-line bruslení z obecného charakteru, vývojem in-line bruslení a organizací in-line závodů. Dále pak managementu a marketingu sportu, dobrovolnictví ve sportu a měření kvality služeb na sportovních akcích. Výzkumnou část tvoří rozhovory se závodníky, pořadateli, hlavního ředitele závodu, zástupce města a jejich výsledky. Ty jsou analyzovány, porovnávány a v závěrečné části interpretovány současně s návrhem doporučení změn pro zvýšení kvality služeb. Poslední část je věnována akčnímu plánu rozvoje závodu 2021, který je sestaven na základě situační analýzy závodu 2020, analyzování výsledků rozhovorů a SWOT analýzy in-line závodu 2020.The diploma thesis deals with the analysis of the quality of services, organization and marketing of the in-line race, specifically the Championship of the Czech Republic in the in-line half marathon 2020 in Opava. The theoretical part deals with in-line skating of a general nature, the development of in-line skating and the organization of in-line competitions. Furthermore, the management and marketing of sports, volunteering in sports and measuring the quality of services at sporting events. The research part consists of interviews with competitors, organizers, the main director of the race, a city representative and their results. These are analyzed, compared and interpreted in the final part at the same time as the proposed recommendations for changes to increase the quality of services. The last part is devoted to the action plan for the development of plan 2021, which is compiled on the basis of a situation analysis of plan 2020, analysis of interview results and SWOT analysis of in-line plan 2020.
