Sociální sítě ovlivňují společnost ve velké míře, neboť jejich možnosti využití jsou příležitostí a zároveň hrozbou. Téma je proto aktuální a zajímavé pro zpracování bakalářské práce. Cílem práce je zjistit, zda mají sociální sítě nějaký vliv na mladou generaci, jakou dobu na nich tráví svůj čas a k jakému účelu je využívají. Dále zjišťuji míru zapojení respondentů, to znamená jak často respondenti lajkují a komentují příspěvky svých přátel. Teoretická část obsahuje popis sociálních sítí, druhy sociálních sítí, příčiny využívání sociálních sítí a jejich důsledky. Teoretická východiska nás seznamují s realitou, v práci jsou popsány vlivy sociálních sítí s odkazy na publikace odborníků, ve kterých se nad fenoménem zamýšlejí. Praktická část je zaměřena na kvantitativní výzkum s pomocí anonymního dotazníku pro respondenty ve věku 15-25 let. Dotazy v něm byly stanoveny na základě teoretických poznatků a stanovených výzkumných otázek. Po analýze získaných dat jsou výsledky interpretovány ve formě tabulek a grafů.Social networks affect society to a large extent, as their possibilities of use are both an opportunity and a threat. The topic is therefore current and interesting for the elaboration of a bachelor's thesis. The goal of the thesis is to find out whether social networks have any influence on the young generation, how much time they spend their time on them and for what purpose they use them. I also research measure of involvement of the respondents, that means how often the respondents like and comment on their friends' posts. The theoretical part contains a description of social networks, types of social networks, the causes of the use of social networks and their consequences. Theoretical background acquaints us with reality, the work describes the effects of social networks with links to publications of experts in which they reflect on the phenomenon. The practical part is focused on quantitative research with the help of an anonymous questionnaire for respondents aged 15-25 years. The questions were determined on the basis of theoretical knowledge and established research questions. After analysis of the obtained data, the results are interpreted in the form of tables and graphs.
