Bakalářská práce se zabývá sociokulturní adaptací žen migrujících za prací z Ukrajiny do České republiky, a jejími specifiky. Zjišťuje, jak působí gender a pracovní prostředí na adaptaci participantek. Činí tak prostřednictvím biografického výzkumu, s důrazem na emickou perspektivu a uchopení adaptace samotnými ženami s migrační zkušeností.This bachelor thesis deals with the sociocultural adaptation of women migrating for work from Ukraine to the Czech Republic, and its specifics. It finds out how gender and work environment affect the adaptation of the participants. It does so through biographical research with an emphasis on the emic perspective and grasping adaptation by women themselves with a migration experience.
