    Tato bakalarska prace s nazvem Korejska firemni kultura se zabyva radou kulturnich aspektu korejske spolecnosti se zamerenim na profesni interakci s Korejci a prostredi korejske firmy. Cilem teoreticke casti prace bylo priblizit dane tema prislusnikum zapadni kultury, a pomoct jim tak lepe komunikovat a spolupracovat s Korejci. Cilem prakticke casti bylo zanalyzovat pristup Korejcu k praci a korejskou firemni kulturu v praxi a soucasne je porovnat s pristupy Cechu a kulturou v ceskych firmach. Prace se sklada ze tri teoretickych kapitol: Charakteristika Korejcu, Interakce s Korejci, Korejska firemni kultura a z posledni ctvrte kapitoly spadajici do prakticke casti bakalarske prace, ve ktere je popsano a interpretovano uskutecnene dotaznikove setreni na tema Firemni kultura. Na zaklade vyslednych dat byly nektere teoreticke predpoklady potvrzeny ci vyvraceny. V pripade nesouladu praktickych vysledku s teorii byly v ramci interpretace dat zvazeny mozne priciny.This bachelor thesis called Korean company culture deals with a number of cultural aspects of Korean society with a focus on the professional interaction with Koreans and the environment of Korean company. The aim of the theoretical part of the thesis was to introduce the topic to members of Western cultures and to help them better communicate and cooperate with Koreans. The aim of the practical part was to analyze the approach of Koreans to work and Korean company culture in practice and at the same time to compare them with the approach of Czechs and Czech company culture. The thesis consists of three theoretical chapters: Characteristics of Koreans, Interaction with Koreans, Korean company culture and the last fourth chapter describes and interprets the survey on Company culture, which was carried out as the practical part of the bachelor thesis. According to the interpretation of the resulting data from the study, some statements from the theoretical part of the thesis were confirmed or refuted. In case of discrepancy of practical results with the theory, possible causes were considered within the interpretation of data.
