Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na online taxi služby v Indonésii a jejich význam pro obyvatelstvo. Zabývá se nabídkou dalších služeb, používání aplikací a jejich rozšíření po Indonésii. Práce se dále zabývá problematikou provozování služeb online taxi, minulostí a budoucností online taxi služeb. Online taxi služby využívá v Indonésii každým rokem víc a víc lidí, jak turistů, tak místních obyvatel. Online taxi služby mají nepřeberné množství využití a fungují výborně. Hlavním tématem této práce je představení služeb online taxi aplikací a porovnání největších konkurentů.
