Diplomová práce se zabývá dalším vzděláváním kurátorů pro děti a mládež, jehož absolvování je povinností upravenou několika legislativními normami. Teoretická část diplomové práce se zabývá základními pojmy sociálně-právní ochrany dětí a kurately pro děti a mládež. Obsahuje kapitoly o předpokladech pro výkon činnosti sociálního pracovníka, o legislativní úpravě jeho dalšího vzdělávání, o systému, formách a metodách vzdělávání. Závěrečné kapitoly teoretické části práce se zabývají teorií potřeb a motivace ke vzdělávání a vzdělávacími organizacemi. Cílem výzkumné části práce je definovat vzdělávací potřeby kurátorů pro děti a mládež v Olomouckém kraji a následnou analýzou nabídek vzdělávacích organizací zjistit, jestli tato nabídka zjištěným vzdělávacím potřebám odpovídá. Výzkum je rozdělen do dvou částí. Vzdělávací potřeby kurátorů pro děti a mládež jsou zjišťovány pomocí dotazníku. Analýza nabídek vzdělávacích organizací je provedena kvantitativní obsahovou analýzou.This thesis deals with further education of curators for children and youth, the complention of which is an obligation regulated by several legislative norms. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the basic concepts of social and legal protection of children and curators for children and youth. It contains chapters about the preconditions for the performance of the activities of a social worker, about the legislative regulation of his further education, about the system, forms and methods of education. The final chapters of the theoretical part of the thesis deal with the theory of needs and motivation for education and with educational organizations. The aim of the research part of the thesis is define the educanional needs of curators for children and youth in the Olomouc region and the subsequent analysis of the offers of educational organizations to determine whether this offer corresponds to the identified educational needs. The research is divided into two parts. The educational needs of curators for children and youth are identified using a questionnaire. The analysis of the offers of educational organizations is performer by quantitative content analysis.
