Predkladaná magisterská diplomová práca sa venuje otázke roly Komisie Jeana-Claude Junckera v politizácii vybraných priorít v období medzi rokmi 2014 až 2019. Výskum sa konkrétne zameriava na priority Junckerovej komisie a to na otázku transparentnosti Únie, migračnú politiku, energetickú úniu a spotrebiteľskú politiku. Cieľom práce je určiť, či boli vybrané priority spolitizované, následne analyzovať rolu Komisie v ich politizácii a identifikovať významné politizačné tendencie tzv. vysokú mieru politizácie. Práca sa člení na tri kapitoly. Prvá kapitola sa venuje konceptuálne-teoretickej reflexii politizácie v kontexte EÚ. Druhá kapitola sa sústredí na politizáciu na európskej inštitucionálnej úrovni. V poslednej, tretej kapitole je vytvorený konceptuálny rámec na určenie politizácie vybraných priorít, rolu Komisie v ich politizácii a na detekovanie významných politizačných tendencií. Výskum politizácie skúmaných priorít sa bude opierať o trojrozmerný koncept politizácie, vytvoreným Pietrom de Wildem, vymedzený prostredníctvom polarizácie, zintenzívnenia diskusie a verejnej rezonancie. Analýza jednotlivých krokov Komisie v politizácii vybraných priorít a určenie významných politizačných tendencií tzv. vysokej miery politizácie bude vychádzať zo štúdie Adriany Buneay. Nakoniec, na základe vytvoreného konceptuálneho rámca dôjde k vyhodnoteniu výsledkov analýzy.The presented master's thesis addresses the question of the role of Jean-Claude Juncker Commission in the politicization of selected priorities between 2014 to 2019. In particular, the research focuses on the priorities of the Juncker Commission and the question of Union transparency, migration policy, energy union and consumer policy. The main aim of this paper is to determine whether the selected priorities have been politicized, subsequently to analyse the role of the Commission in its politicization and to identify significant politicized tendencies also known as a high degree of politicization. The paper is divided into three chapters. The first chapter deals with the conceptual-theoretical reflection of politicization in the context of the EU. The second chapter focuses on politicization at the European institutional level. Lastly, the third chapter, provides for the conceptual framework, which determines the politicization of selected priorities, the role of the Commission in its politicization and the detection of significant politicized tendencies. The research on the politicization of the examined priorities will be based on the three-dimensional concept of politicization developed by Pieter de Wilde, defined through polarization, intensifying debate and public resonance. The analysis of the individual steps of the Commission in the politicization of the selected priorities and determination of significant politicized tendencies will be based on Adriana Bunea's studies. Lastly, based on the created conceptual framework, the results of the analysis will be evaluated.
