Práce se věnuje policistům České republiky a jejich zkušenostnímu učení při práci s fotbalovými fanoušky. Cílem práce bylo ověřit, jak zkušenostní učení při této práci funguje a jak je pro práci s fanoušky důležité. Byl zvolen kvalitativní výzkum a metoda polostrukturovaného rozhovoru. Výzkumem se dospělo k závěru, že zkušenostní učení příslušníků Policie ČR pro práci s fotbalovými fanoušky je důležité a doplňuje nedostatečnou teoretickou a školní průpravu pro tento druh práce.The thesis focuses on Policemen of the Czech Republic and their experiental learning within the work with football fans. The aim of this thesis is to find out how to experiental learning works within this field and how it is important for working with football fans. The author uses the qualitative research and the method of semi-structured interview. Results shows that the experiential learning of members of the Police of the Czech Republic for working with football fans is important and complements the insufficient theoretical and school praxis for this type of work.
