Práce se zabývá migrací běžců a fotbalistů z afrických zemí s důrazem na obchodování se sportovci. Obchodování zahrnuje nejen nelegální migraci, ale také tzv. zrychlené formy občanství, které lze získat prostřednictvím naturalizace. Snahou je tuto problematiku zohlednit u obou sportovních odvětvích. Katar a Turecko, vybrané země Blízkého východu, představí závazná pravidla, která musí být sportovci dodržována. Naturalizace sportovců je následně porovnána u obou sportovních odvětví z hlediska vybraných zemí. Práce také přiblíží, jaký význam má občanství na migraci sportovců a jaké pravidla zaujímají konkrétní mezinárodní sportovní federace ke změnám občanství. Také jsou v práci popisovány důvody a motivace migrace do jiných zemí, na které je nahlíženo i z pohledu afrických sportovců.The work deals with the migration of runners and footballers from African countries, with emphasis on trading with athletes. Trading includes not only illegal migration, but also the so-called accelerated forms of citizenship, which can be acquired through naturalization. The objective is to examine this issue in both sports. On the examples of Qatar and Turkey, i.e. selected countries from the Middle East, we will introduce binding rules that must be followed by athletes there. The naturalization of athletes is then compared for both sports in terms of selected countries. The work will also illustrate the importance of citizenship for the migration of athletes and what are the rules of specific international sports federations for changes of citizenship. The paper also describes the reasons and motivations for migration to other countries, which is viewed from the perspective of African athletes.
