Diplomová práce se zabývá vývojem rodičovských kompetencí rodičů s ohledem na věk dítěte. Cílem práce je poskytnout realistický pohled na danou problematiku a pojmenovat možnosti a limity v kompetencích rodičů při výchově. Pozornost byla zaměřena na oblast výchovy, na vývoj rodičovských kompetencí a na oblast spolupráce a vlivu školy a osobnosti pedagoga na výchovu dítěte. Výsledky práce mohou posloužit k pochopení provázanosti problémů, jejich příčin a mohou přispět k nalezení funkčních a vhodných kroků v oblasti podpory a pomoci nejen dětem, ale také jejich rodinám.The diploma thesis deals with the development of parental competencies of parents with regard to child's age. The aim of the thesis is to provide a realistic view of the issue and to name the possibilities and limits in the parental competencies in education. The attention was focused on the area of education, on the development of parental competencies and on the area of cooperation and the influence of the school and teacher's personality on the education of the child. The results of the thesis can serve to understand the interconnectedness of problems, their causes and they can as well contribute to finding functional and appropriate steps in the field of support and assistance not only to children but also to their families.
