Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou aplikace asistenta pedagoga u individuálně integrovaného žáka s lehkým mentálním postižením. Teoretická část se věnuje vysvětlení pojmu inkluze a její realizací ve školství, aplikací pozice asistenta pedagoga, problematikou třídního kolektivu a na závěr se věnuje pojmu mentální postižení a s tím spojená školní problematika žáka s mentálním postižením. Empirická část je realizována prostřednictvím kvantitativně orientované metody - dotazník. Hlavním cílem bylo zjistit, zda přítomnost asistenta pedagoga u žáka s lehkým mentálním postižením ovlivňuje třídní kolektiv.This bachelor thesis deals with the problematics of the teaching assistant's application to individually integrated pupils with a mild intellectual disability. The theoretical part explains the term inclusion and its realization in school education, the application of the teacher assistant position, and the problematics of the class team. The ending of the theoretical part is dedicated to the concept of intellectual disability and the problems that pupils with intellectual disability encounter at school. The empirical part is realized by the quantitative method - the questionnaire. The main goal was to find out whether the presence of the teacher assistant of the pupil with a mild intellectual disability influences the class team.
