Bakalářská práce zkoumá vznik inscenace u Divadla Aldente s herci s jinakostí, konkrétně s Downovým syndromem. Zabývá se specifiky jejich zdravotního postižení, ale také jejich specifiky při divadelní práci. Dále se zaměřuje na specifická a teatro-terapeutická divadla v České republice a řeší jejich způsob práce. Cílem práce je zjistit, jak probíhal proces vzniku inscenace Zlatý kolovrat v podání Divadla Aldente s herci s jinakostí pomocí pozorování a přímé účasti autorky na inscenaci. Také si dává za cíl zjistit, jak se sami herci s jinakostí podílí na vzniku inscenace a kdo patří do inscenačního týmu. V neposlední řadě zjišťuje specifika práce s herci s jinakostí. Praktická část je tvořena i rozhovorem s režisérkou divadla. Autorka se zaměřuje na tři oblasti - inscenační složka, specifika práce a terapii, které v práci analyzuje. V rámci inscenační složky autorka zjistila, že herci se nijak nepodílí na přípravné fázi, protože za sebou mají profesionální inscenační tým. V Divadle Aldente se herci s jinakostí nepotýkají se svými limity, ale objevují vlastní potenciál, se kterým režisérka pracuje, aby naplnila svůj divadelní cíl. Přesto nepopírá rozvíjející aspekty své práce na herce s jinakostí. Zároveň autorka vymezuje pojmy teatroterapie a specifické divadlo.The bachelor thesis researches the play production in the Aldente Theatre, which employs actors with Down Syndrome. It deals with the specifics of their disability, but also the specifics of theatrical production. Additionally, it focuses on the theatre with distinctive groups and theatrotherapy in the Czech Republic. The main goal of this thesis is the analysis of the production of the play The Golden Spinning-wheel by the Aldente Theatre through observation and direct participation in the performance. The practical part is supplemented by an interview with the director. The bachelor thesis focuses on three domains - stage work, specifics of the work and therapy - which are further analyzed in this paper. During the analysis of the stage work the author found out, that the actors do not take part in the preparation phase, because they have professional stage team, which does it for them. The actors in this theatre do not struggle with their limits and the director works with these in order to achieve dramatical goals. She also does not deny the developing aspects of her work for actors with special needs. Furthermore, the author defines the concepts of drama therapy and the theatre with distinctive groups.
