Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na vztah třídního učitele a asistenta pedagoga. Jejím cílem je zjistit, jaké zkušenosti mají třídní učitelé s asistentem pedagoga, jaká je jejich vzájemná spolupráce a komunikace. Teoretická část je věnována asistentovi pedagoga, profesi učitele a základní škole. Průzkumná část je realizována prostřednictvím kvalitativního výzkumu a jako metoda sběru dat je zvolen polostrukturovaný rozhovor. V praktické části jsou zpracovány názory, postoje, zkušenosti a vnímáni profese asistenta pedagoga z pohledu třídního učitele na prvním stupni základní školy.The bachelor thesis is focused on the relationship between a class teacher and a teaching assistant. Its aim is to find out what experiences class teachers have with a teaching assistant, what is their mutual cooperation and communication. The theoretical part is devoted to the teaching assistant, the class teacher profession and primary school. The exploratory part is realized through qualitative research and a semi-structured interview is chosen as a method of data collection. The practical part deals with the opinions, attitudes, experiences and perceptions of the profession of teaching assistant from the perspective of a class teacher at the first stage of primary school.
