Diplomová práce se zabývá celoživotním vzděláváním příslušníků Policie České republiky. Popisuje koncepci celoživotního vzdělávání a její historii, současnou situaci, motivaci i bariéru ve vzdělávání dospělých. Zabývá se tak samotnou Policii České republiky, její organizace, historii, přijímají do služeb, povinnosti policistů a její reformu. Práce se věnuje samotnému vzdělávání příslušníků Policie České republiky, zaměření na odbornou přípravu, vzdělávací instituce, mimorezortní vzdělávání a mezinárodní spolupráci Policie České republiky. Cílem výzkumné části práce je získat informace o možnostech celoživotního vzdělávání příslušníků Policie České republiky, názory příslušníků na vzdělání a také motivaci k dalšímu vzdělávání.The diploma thesis deals with the lifelong education of members of the Police of the Czech Republic. It describes the concept of lifelong learning and its history, current situation, motivation and barrier in adult education. It deals with the Police of the Czech Republic itself, its organization, history, recruitment, duties of police officers and its reform. The work deals with the education of members of the Police of the Czech Republic, focusing on vocational training, educational institutions, non-departmental education and international cooperation of the Police of the Czech Republic. The aim of the research part of the work is to obtain information about the possibilities of lifelong education of members of the Police of the Czech Republic, opinions of members on education and also motivation for further education.
