Diplomová práce se zabývá využitím screeningového testu kognitivních funkcí, pro osoby s Parkinsonovou nemocí, který nese název Parkinson Neuropsychometric Dementia Assessment (PANDA). Teoretická část diplomové práce má čtyři kapitoly, které jsou zaměřeny na Parkinsonovu nemoc z pohledu logopeda, na kognitivní funkce a jejich deficity, dále na terapeutické přístupy využitelné v rámci logopedické intervence a poslední kapitola popisuje screeningové kognitivní testy. V rámci praktické části jsou představena a analyticky zpracována první data experimentální verze testu PANDA, jež byla získána u výzkumného vzorku 122 probandů, ve věku 18-30 let. Na základě sesbíraných dat byla určena hranice úspěšnosti testu PANDA pro věkovou skupinu 18-30 let.The diploma thesis deals with use of the screening cognitive test for people with Parkinson´s disease, which test is called Parkinson Neuropsychometric Dementia Assessment (PANDA). The theoretical part of this thesis consist of four chapters, that are focused on Parkinson´s disease from the perspective of speech and language pathologist, on cognitive funcitons and their deficits then on therapeutic approaches usable in speech therapy intervention and the last chapter describes screening cognitive tests. In the practical part of this thesis are presented and analitacially processed the first data of the experimental version of the PANDA test. These dates were obtained from research sample of 122 probands aged 18-30. Based on these dates the cut-off score for the age group 18-30 was determined.
