Předložená bakalářská práce je zaměřena na design a syntézu nových inhibitorů mykobakteriálního virulentního enzymu Zmp1. Teoretická část pojednává o historickém pozadí tuberkulózy, dále sleduje známé možnosti léčby tuberkulózy, shrnuje funkci a problematiku zmíněného enzymu Zmp1 a popisuje syntézu již známých derivátů. Ve výsledkové části práce jsou diskutovány 2 navržené syntetické cesty vedoucí k požadovaným derivátům. Závěrem bakalářské práce jsou shrnuty všechny dosažené výsledky. The submitted bachelor thesis is focused on the design and synthesis of new inhibitors of mycobacterial virulent enzyme Zmp1. The theoretical part speaks about the historical foreground of tuberculosis, current options of medication against the disease, summarizes the function of the mycobacterial enzyme Zmp1 and shows synthetic pathways for already known inhibitors of Zmp1. In the result section are discussed 2 suggested synthetic pathways leading toward wanted derivatives. At the end of the thesis are recapitulated all achieved results.
