Cílem předložené bakalářské práce bylo zpracovat problematiku žákovských prekoncepcí a miskoncepcí v oblasti buněčné biologie včetně základních teoretických východisek v kontextu teorie konceptuální změny. V teoretické části byla zpracována literární rešerše zaměřená na žákovské prekoncepce a miskoncepce, včetně jejich geneze na základních a středních školách a diagnostických metod sloužících k jejich identifikaci. V praktické části bakalářské práce byla provedena obsahová analýza učebnic přírodopisu pro 6. ročníky základních škol a odpovídající ročníky víceletých gymnázií. V rámci obsahové analýzy bylo identifikováno celkem 11 hlavních konceptů a dílčích podkategorií, které se zaměřovaly na hierarchické uspořádání živých organismů, buňku v historickém kontextu, buněčnou teorii, skupiny organismů dle počtu a složitosti buňky, jež je tvoří, typy a tvary buněk, velikost buněk, stavbu (strukturu) buněk, funkci buněčných organel, dělení buněk (mitózu) a evoluci buňky. Na základě konceptů detekovaných v rámci obsahové analýzy byly sestaveny konceptové testy sloužící k diagnostice žákovských prekoncepcí u žáků vybraných ročníků základních škol Olomouckého kraje.The aim of the present bachelor thesis was to review the problematics of pupils' preconceptions and misconceptions in the field of cell biology, including the fundamental theoretical principles in the context of conceptual change theory. The theoretical part was based on the literary research focused on pupil's preconceptions and misconceptions, including the process of their genesis at the primary and secondary school level, and on diagnostic methods used for their identification. In the practical part of the thesis, the content analysis of biology textbooks used in the 6th grade and the corresponding grade of grammar schools was processed. Within the content analysis, eleven main concepts and their subcategories focused on the hierarchical organization of living organisms, the cell in historical context, the cell theory, groups of organisms in which they can be divided based on the number and structural complexity of the cells they are composed of, the types and shapes of cells, cell size, the structure of cells, the function of cell organelles, the cell division (mitosis) and the cell evolution, were identified. Based on the concepts identified during the content analysis, concept tests serving to diagnose pupil's preconceptions in selected grades at lower secondary schools of Olomouc Region were provided.
