V diplomové práci jsou zpracována data získaná při terénním monitoringu bobra evropského (Castor fiber) na území Chráněné krajinné oblasti Litovelské Pomoraví v letech 2017-2019. Analyzována byla data o distribuci teritorií a byl proveden odhad početnosti bobra na sledovaném území. Pomocí analýzy Kernel density estimation byla vyhodnocena data o pobytových známkách bobra v jednotlivých letech. Dále byla vytvořena mapa v prostředí geografických informačních systémů (GIS) s popisem podmínek prostředí jako charakter toku, typ dřevinného porostu či antropogenní faktory. Pomocí této mapy bylo analyzováno osídlení bobra ve vztahu k faktorům prostředí. Výsledky provedených analýz potvrdily potravní preference pro vrby (Salix sp.), stejně tak zjevné preference charakteru prostředí pro různé typy pobytových známek. Naopak předpokládaný vliv lidské činnosti na osídlování prostředí bobrem se nepotvrdil.The diploma thesis deals with data obtained during biomonitoring of the European beaver (Castor fiber) in the Litovelské Pomoraví Protected Landscape Area in the years 2017-2019. Data on the distribution of territories were analyzed and an estimate of the number of beavers in the monitored area was made. Using Kernel density estimation analysis, data on beaver residence marks in individual years were evaluated. Furthermore, a map was created in the geographic information system (GIS) environment with a description of environmental conditions such as the nature of the flow, the type of tree stand or anthropogenic factors. Using this map, beaver population was analyzed in relation to environmental factors. The food preference of the beaver was also evaluated. The results of the analyses confirmed food preferences for willows (Salix sp.), as well as obvious preferences of the nature of the environment for different types of residence stamps. On the contrary, the presumed influence of human activity on the settlement of the environment by the beaver has not been confirmed.
