Tato diplomová práce se zabývá tématem dítěte s poruchami chování v pěstounské péči v kontextu širší rodiny pěstouna. Jako první si v teoretické části přiblížíme pěstounskou péči, dále se budeme věnovat pěstounům, teorii rodiny, dále se seznámíme s poruchami chování a následně všechny tyto kapitoly propojíme a zaměříme se na širší rodinu pěstouna a její důležitost pro přijaté dítě s poruchou chování. V empirické části se budeme věnovat našemu kvalitativními výzkumu, v rámci, kterého jsme s 9 respondenty, pěstouny, provedli polostrukturovaný interview ohledně vztahu přijatého dítěte s poruchou chování a pěstounskou širší rodinou, a následně si informace ověřili na rozhovorech s 5 respondenty z řad pracovníků OSPOD, kteří tuto problematiku reflektovali ze svého pohledu. Data jsme analyzovali tematickou analýzou. Hlavním zjištěním pro nás bylo, že aktuálně chybí profesionální práce s pěstounovou širší rodinou, ačkoliv by to mohlo být pro všechny zúčastněné (rodinu, pěstouny, přijaté děti) výhodné.This thesis focuses on examining children with behavioral disorders in foster care in the context of the extended foster family. At first, in the theoretical part of this thesis, we will look into foster care, foster families, the family theory, then we will be examining behavioral disorders and lastly we will connect these chapters and focus on the extended foster family and its importace to the adopted child with behavioral disorder. In the empirical part of this thesis we will be looking at the quantitative research, where we conducted semistructured interviews with 9 respondents, who were foster children, inquiring about their relationships with their extended foster families and consequently verifying the information with 5 respondents, who were OSPOD workers and gave us their perspective on the issue. The data was analysed with thematic analysis. The main outcome of this thesis was the conclusion that there is a lack of professional work with extended foster families and its inclusion would be greatly beneficial to all parties (children, foster parents and family).
