Práce je zaměřena na studium anatomické stavby jehlic jehličnanů pěstovaných v Botanické zahradě UP v Olomouci. Obsahuje seznam jehličnanů, jejich botanickou charakteristiku, podrobný popis anatomické stavby jehlic včetně fotodokumentace. Hlavním cílem práce je vytvořit didaktické materiály obsahující mikrofotografie s popisem jehlic u jednotlivých druhů a jednoduchý klíč k určování jehličnanů na základě anatomických znaků na jehlicích.This theses aims to study anatomy of the needles of conifers growing in the Botanic Garden of Palacky Univrsity in Olomouc. Thesis contains list of conifers, their botanical characteristics, thorough description of needles' anatomy including their photographic documentation. The main goal of this thesis is to create didactic materials, that include micrographs with needle description of each species and a simple key to determine conifers based on their needles' anatomy.
