Práce se zabývá zkušeností terapeutek s psychoterapeutickou prací s klienty v průběhu jejich prvního těhotenství. Teoretická část uvádí do tématu nuceného ukončení psychoterapie, představuje dosavadní vědecké zjištění vlivu těhotných terapeutek na terapeutický proces, popisuje reakce terapeutek a klientů na těhotenství terapeutek a věnuje se popisu dosavadních výzkumů. Jen málo výzkumů zkoumá těhotenství terapeutek z jejich perspektivy. I z tohoto důvodu je empirická část tvořena kvalitativním výzkumem. Byly provedeny polostrukturované rozhovory s pěti terapeutkami, které v době jejich prvního těhotenství terapeuticky pracovaly s klienty. Na základě interpretativní fenomenologické analýzy bylo identifikováno sedm témat: "oznámení terapeutek o těhotenství klientům", "reakce klientů", "podpora terapeutek", "změny na straně terapeutek", "změny v terapeutickém procesu", "změny vztahu s klienty" a "ukončení nebo přerušení psychoterapií.The presented study is focused on the experience of therapists with psychotherapeutic work with clients during therapists' first pregnancy. The theoretical part introduces the topic of forced termination of psychotherapy, presents the current scientific findings of the influence of pregnant therapists on the therapeutic process, describes the response of therapists and client on the therapists' pregnancy and describes the current research. The research is rarely focused on therapists' perspective of their experience. For this reason, the empirical part consists of qualitative research. In this study, semi-structured interviews were conducted with five therapists who worked with clients therapeutically during their first pregnancy. The data was analyzed using interpretative phenomenological analysis, which carried out seven topics: "notification of pregnancy to clients", "client response", "support of therapists", "changes of the therapist", "changes in the therapeutic process", "changes in therapeutic relationship" and "termination or interruption of psychotherapy.
