Cieľom bakalárskej práce je predstavenie stručnej histórie Kórey pred jej rozdelením, ako ho poznáme v súčasnosti, a momentálnej problematiky, ktorej Severná Kórea čelí a ovplyvňuje potenciálne zjednotenie. Práca sa zameriava na priblíženie a prepojenie aspektov ekonomiky, politiky a sociálnych problémov, už existujúcich dohôd a snahy o spoluprácu a s ňou spojenú podporu vlády a obyvateľstva alebo ich nesúhlas. Obsahuje priblíženie problematiky oddeľujúcej KR a KĽDR a návrhy riešení problémov. Ponúka charakteristiku rozhodnutí severokórejskej vlády, zodpovedných za upadajúcu ekonomickú situáciu KĽDR a spôsoby, ako sa vyrovnať a pripraviť na rozhodnutia, ktoré budú potrebné na minimalizáciu komplikácií unifikácie.This thesis aims to present a brief history of Korea before its division, as we know it today, and the current issues that North Korea faces and are affecting potential unification. The work focuses on the elucidation and interconnection of the economy, politics and social problems, already existing agreements and efforts to cooperate and the associated support of the government and the support of its population or their disagreement. It contains an illustration of the issue separating KR and DPRK and proposals for solving those problems. This thesis offers a description of the decisions of the North Korean government responsible for DPRK's declining economic situation and ways of coping and preparing for the decisions that will be needed in order to minimize the complications of unification.
